    DDR3: 1000MHz Club

Decided to make a club for DDR3 owners (like DDR2: 600,650,700 Club), because 1000MHz it's always a magic wall
So, the list will be updated and of course 1000mhz++ results are welcome

    *** THE LIST *** / updated: 2008.03.10. 12:35 /

Frequency is the most important and timings are secondary for the ranking.
I will upload for one member each memory only 3 results: the best 1M, 32M, and max Clock.
If you find some missing or incorrect data, please drop me a pm with the correct value.

    Informations needed:
    Name
    Brand
    Model
    Size
    Voltage
    Timings
    Frequency
    Results (Maximum OC or Benchmarks)
    Cooling
    Motherboard

    keep pushing guys

hmmm, don't DDR3 do timings as good as DDR2?

they for sure do insane clocks though.

DDR3 can lowered timings like DDR2, CL4,CL5 but need much voltage for it, and the freqency loss will too much to worth it... DDR3's power is at CL6-7-8 on higher freq

guys, i made a little update, i've found some results and write them in...
    enjoy

Nice thread. It'll be scary when 4gb (2x2gb) starts hitting these speeds. But that may be a while yet.

it's better to aim for 1000 6.5.5.18.1N on 2.2V at least 3.14 stable... SS is nice, but means really nothing ;-)

It's just having the balls to take something as expensive as good ddr3 and running a freakin lightning rod up to it! you know! That's one of the many reasons why it's awesome. It's crazy!

We do not have any picture of it, only the sticks, just after bench, but we have a video on the video cam, we are working on it and are going to throw a link asap.

Anyone have to increase their FSB voltage to be errorless in memtest?

i increase vmch voltage for "errorless memtest", vfsb don't helps on memory stability i think in this case...
