    [SOC] New DDR2 WR CAS 5 --> 809 Mhz !

    Hello guys !

    After a nice run and validation @ 800Mhz DDR2 one guys from our forum(Zeuverclock) break new WR -> 809Mhz DDR2 CAS 5 (5 6 6 18)

    P35-DQ6 one more time ^^ - 2,75v vdimm - aircooling with a delta on ram - Ambient = 14°c

    Crucial PC 8000 2*1Go Kit but only with 1 stick for this performance !

    CPU-Z validation : http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=255190

    \o/ I think that can go higher ^^

    Really good job guys
    This combo (DQ6 and crucial) is very impressive.
    How was cooling the chip ? And Vnb ?
    But i prefer the record of marcolecorse ,5-5-5-15 on dual at same voltage
    Wait and see ,i hope for you that's better the next time .

    That would be 805MHz with 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500 (in dualchannel), done by the aforementioned marcolecorse.

    ddr3 goes beyond 1 GHZ, so no, but, its a insane high clock for DDR2... a league of its own so to say.

    Congrats, you seem to have found some really Golden Ram there.
