Ive been searching for a little while trying to find volt mods for the memory. There have been a couple of good posts on this before but no one i found did a vmem mod.

I found this data over at http://people.overclockers.ru/ and had to translate it back to English. I didn't come up with this I'm just putting the information up because i found it so hard to come across the information.

Voltmod GPU.
The default image of the kernel given the importance of 1.24V voltage, and the memory-1.83V. A voltage same for 2D mode, and 3D. Over the supply voltage GPU chip RT9259A responsible. To raise the voltage required kernel variable resistor at 10k ohms. Pripaivaem variable resistance to the legs 4 and 12, shown in the figure, displays of resistance resistor to the maximum. Or you can use the less reliable method of pencil resistor R516 (642 ohms).

VGPU-8400GS

Monitoring with plyusovyh legs are electrolytic capacitors shown in the figure.
Below is a table voltmod GPU:

GPU GeForce 8400GS smooth and the result is if you can. Surface testing on the stability of a utility ATITool v0.27b2 and test package 3DMark'03 (using the first graphical test). The ultimate test of stability is by running test packages 3DMark'03,'05,'06 and games.

Voltmod Mem.
Catering to the memory provides the same chip, as well as for GPU, ie RT9259A (manufacturer decided to save). A variable resistance at the 20 kOhm. Pripaivaem Trimmer resistor to the 6 th and 7 th stabilizer legs. Or you can use pencil method of resistors R519-increasing voltage, R518-to decrease.

VMem-8400GS

Monitoring voltage are with plyusovyh feet electrolytic capacitors shown in the figure.
Below is a table voltmod Mem:

Result volt mod memory, I was pleased. Not everyone is able to overcome DDR2 milestone in the 1000MHz. She noted that significant increases in productivity were to break memory rather than GPU. The method of testing memory on the stability remained the same as our test GPU.
As a result volt mod been frequencies: 783 (1712) / 1030.

Hopefully this information will help people. I will be keen to find out results people can get from using this information. soon i hope to get a 8400gs and mod it.
