I "was" about to buy a Thermalright Ultra-120 extreme, because from the reviews and comments it "was" the best air cooler.

Recently everyone is saying that Xigmatek HDT-S1283 is the new air cooling kink! Some reviews show it winning to Ultra-120 Extreme.

Is this cooler from the unknown Xigmatek (at least for me) that good? Ultra-120 extreme is 2x more expensive than the Xigmatek, and it even doesn't come with a fan.

What do you say? Should I buy the Xigmatek instead? Or, it is overrated and I should go for Ultra-120 extreme?
