Yesterday We tested Asus P5K Vanilla with Quad Core CPU - Q6600 step B3 on cascade. Results is no good

After two hours benchingh, running WPrime 1024M, four cores loaded at 100% @ 495MHz FSB @ 1.75V We see big buuum from testing setup and at this moment black screen on monitor. So what We see ? Check this pictures :











We see burned PWM section on P5K Vanilla Only 2h at this clocks and high vcore and 4 phase power has burned.
Vcore at testing We set from 1.7 to 1.8V.
