Okay this will work for socal folks and maybe other places in the U.S but I'm not sure .
First off you're going to have to go to Target and pick up a boost mobile phone for 30$ or ebay this includes the phone, sim card and activation with $10 . Then you also have to pick up a data cable for 4$ shipped from ebay , go to

and download the jad and jar files , upload that through webjal that you have to get from www.harrythompson.com . Once you have created a login at mologogo.com you could view yourself on a gps map. Hide the phone in a good hiding spot in your car, I chose making a small hole in my passenger seat so no one would find it . Here are some screenshots of the gps tracking its right on cue and my car is currently under a garage and i can also view where I have been , it updates every couple of minutes . The 10$ you have on the phone is only valid for 90 days so you have to re-boost after that . This really works and will give you a sort of piece of mind . For 30$ you cant go wrong .
