Wow, I was completely wrong about how these Q6600 are going to clock, never thought they will be this good....
I dont know why anybody will buy any other cpu than this if it clocks just as well as the E6850... it should run faster clock per clock too being a 1066fsb cpu.... If Intel is being this nice they might as well rid these Quads of any fsb wall lol.... Q6600 running 600fsb x 7 on air would be sweet.....

What board is that on? And what are they using for watercooling? We're missing some prime information here me thinks.

Its going to suck for availability. Since im sure local stores carry b3 steppings. and the time they get g0 steppings it will be late august im sure. And tankguys said mid august on g0 stepping of the quad. which is also upsetting. lol

Yeah, one of my local Fry's has 49 Q6600's instock. And that's after they were available for $299 with board last Wednesday. They won't be getting new shipments until most of those sell.

Is there some way to spot which stepping it is by looking at the box it comes in? Like model numbers or something.
