Enermay Galaxy Fan MOD

i got a nice 1kw galaxy for 100$ (local store closed down) 3 months ago but when it's hot it gets really loud so i wanted to do a fan mod

these are the fans used for the PSU:

i wwant it to be really quiet so i found me these fans:

any suggestion???

EDIT:might put the psu on EBAY this delta-t is HUUUGE (but i think that i load it with 400W atm and it already gets loud...

EDIT2: you can also give me a list of VERY quiet PSUs available here in europe (not louder than a yate loon @ 1000rpm if possible )
