watercooling the mosfets seems like overkill on watercooling? Or do it really get that hot? I am not planning to run insane voltages itīs going to be a 24/7 platform not benching.
I am not sure weither to go 680i, 965 or 975. Since I do have an 8800 GTX it would be nice to have the option for SLI but otherwise I lean towards 965 or 975 mostly because of money...
I understand 975 and 965 runs cooler then 680i so do you really need to watercool those? I guess the one that needs it the most is the northbridge?
shouldnīt heatsinks be enough for mosfets on all mainboards and a little fan or passive heatsink on the southbridge...

I currently use this on my NB and it works great. I have ordered a MCW30 waterblock to take its place so I can overclock further. My BadAxe2 has heatsinks on the mosfets and they seem to do fine. If you can also have a fan blowing on them it would help. I left the stock heatsink on my SB.
