    You can disable cores in bios. Check to ensure one didnt get disabled.

    You can disable 1, 2, or 3 cores.

    I didn't move any enactment in the bios

    You dont have to. Overclocking too far and reset or using the load presets if saved as a dual core.

    tripple check, thats where my cores went a few times.
