Looking for "Fatbody" D9DQW 1GB stick dumps.

I have a couple of pc-3200 1GB non-ecc dell memory sticks with the Micron Fatbody D9DQW ic's but need to reprogram them for pc2-4200 or higher to get them to work in my P5B-D. If anyone has please PM it to me or upload it and let me know. If you need more information please let me know.

What do you mean? They wont event boot at stock settings because my motherboard cant recognize pc-3200, they need to be pc-4200 and up.

Anybody have any dumps I can use, they have to be 1GB with D9DQW ic's.

Hey, I just opened your dump in Thaiphoon and it says 512MB modules

However, from what I can gather, it appears to simply be a Thaiphoon bug...

All sticks say that in Thaiphoon, if he took them off 1GB sticks, then they are 1GB dumps.

I just didn't like the fact that they apparently default at 200Mhz/PC2-3200, but it will be tested tomorrow.

Finally I found some time to write a custom SPD for you guys.

If your modules match these specs, you are good to go:

    Type: DDR-II SDRAM
    Capacity: 1024MB
    Configuration: 64M x 8
Ranks / Banks: 2 (Double sided)
    Data Width: 64

    Frequency / Timing Table

    DDR-533MHz @ 3-3-3-10-15 (tCL-tRP-tRCD-tRAS-tRC)
    DDR-667MHz @ 4-4-4-13-19 (tCL-tRP-tRCD-tRAS-tRC)
    DDR-800MHz @ 5-4-4-15-22 (tCL-tRP-tRCD-tRAS-tRC)

    Target IC

    D9DQT, D9DQW, D9DRD, D9DQZ, D9DQR, D9DQP

Load it to Thaiphoon Burner and fully rewrite the desired sticks with this SPD file.

Ok, so the flash has been successful, and it does boot up wonderful at DDR2-800 5-4-4 at 1.8V

Now all we have to see is whether it will boot up in a P5B-Deluxe!

Well we are all very confused.

No matter what SPD, timings, voltage these sticks will not boot in a P5B!

Will boot fine in a plethora of other motherboards, but just will not boot in an Asus

Basically all out of ideas on my end!

I'm stuck with the same problems with these D9DQW's and my P5B Deluxe. Perhaps a bios update will help if someone tells Asus??

I'm absolutely sure a new bios would help, but I don't think Asus is going to allocate any resources to ensure compatibility for us "OEM" D9DQW owners, who represent a miniscule minority of users.

Perhaps someone could make a modified bios that'll work, if there's anyone here that knows how to do that. I don't think it'd it would take too much resources on Asus's part to fix this compatibility issue.

What motherboard were you able to get it to work with and how high can you push these sticks to at any specific voltage?
