    Crucial Ballistix PC5300 @ DDR1240 CL4-4-4-9 1M Stable

I've been testing my cheapo Crucial memory today. It runs quite nice at high vdimm

    At 2,55v it does DDR1200 CL4-4-4-9

    Setup:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3725MHz (TTBT cooled)
    Biostar TForce P965 w/vdimm mod
    Crucial BallistiX PC5300 CL3 @ DDR1240 CL4-4-4-9 2,8v

    Mem contains Micron D9GMH.

I'll do some more testing later this week

Nice! I have the same stuff here, did 571 4-4-3-5 2.5v on am2. Want another am2 chip that can do 3ghz to really push it. I hate ram clocking on intel.

    What can you do @ 3-3-3-5 2.8v?

    Did some more testing totay

I'm not really happy with the CL3 results. My Biostar doesn't like to run in the low 300's. I think that there's more left in it on another board.

    Crucial BallistiX PC5300 CL3 @ DDR940 CL3-3-3-5 2,8v

    Also ran 32M at CL4-4-4-12
Voltage is only 2,55v because I'm a bit scared afther the various reports of D9 dying or degrading at high vdimm

3-3-3 results seem about right to me for what you're getting at 4-4-4...
