Now go for 0209 BIOS and replace NB/SB thermal compound with AS5.

Now that Ewiz has thes at a more reasonable $285, I wondering if I should have jumped on one of them.

Dumo, does this board do the normal Asus thing where it powers down and powers itself up again after an overclock or exiting the bios or simply restarting the system?

Yes, it powers down temporarily. And it's not just an Asus thing. Boards by other manufacturers do it too when the system is overclocked.

At least the price is dropping on these boards.

    I just ordered one from ewiz.com for $285 + shipping !!
ewiz has a far lower price than anyone today on this board.

(although I was not thrilled with their customer service or the person I spoke with after a recent order, I still bought one from them at this price)

Go to froogle.com and search for ASUS P5W64-WS Pro and take the link, although the price may be in the process of going back up some.
