I set everything back to standard settings before flashing, and used the in-BIOS EZFlash utility and USB stick. No problems there, 0614 running fine here. No real overclocking just yet since my HSF hasn't arrived yet. I reached 8x425 with Intel stock HSF but not Orthos stable, unfortunately. And I didn't need to clear CMOS after flashing.

The version of the 0614 that leaked earlier last week was a beta bios then? Maybe I should flash this on just in case.

The Asus page is extremely unreliable. Sometimes it even reverts back to 40x versions, but the FTP always has the latest.

Just flashed to 0614 and I'm playing around with the FSB according to Tony's thread about NB straps. Great results! I'm large FFT dual prime stable at 401MHz bus at basically stock memory voltage. Yippee!

That means that if I up my E6600 from x7 multi to x8, feeding it vCore should be all I need to get it equally stable. It appears my E6600 is maybe slightly more of a vCore hog than some others from this forum. Mine needed 1.3875 set in the bios to be stable at 3.0GHz (but on P5B deluxe that means about 1.36V, even less under load). 1.40 in the BIOS isn't enough for 3.2GHz, I'll probably need to be closer to 1.45

Same thing here.... EIST could be pretty cool if it would work with your OC... Let you slam on load and coast on BS. I've had it somewhat working, it would drop the multiplier but never dropped vcore...
