What voltage do you need for 500 4-4-3-8 and 5-5-5-15?

I also have these sticks but I´m currently limited by my mainboard.

I did not do any prime testing @ 560mhz but if was superPI stable

    Voltage for 500mhz 4-4-3-8 is 2.25v 24/7

    5-5-5-15@2.35v .

they seem to work for me at low voltage never given then more than 2.45v ever and thats for testing.
