SPD of F2 2GBHZ?

Hello!

I recently bought the F2 2GBHZ for my Intel Bad Axe MoBo.

What's the SPD for these sticks? A friend of mine has the same and his SPD was 4.0-4-4-12, but mine ar 5.0-4-4-12. Is this normal?

mine are 631, his are 629...

Are the 631 still Micron D9XXX?

BTW mine did not have any protection film on the G.Skill logo, his had. Normal, too?

My OC is 480Mhz 4-4-4-12 @ 2,1V and 440Mhz @ 1,9V, are these results OK?

sometime they want to put 5-5-5-15 and sometime 4-4-4-12
but don't worry it is all the same chip
