has anyone confirmed or denied that the 1.03G is or is not Conroe compliant ?

i just grabbed a E6600 from andre and have a Rev 1.03g on the way from my usual sources

i wont even mount that cpu if its not compliant as i dont want to smoke the cpu from some surge of overvolt or something like that.
