Another New + Entry level of Micron D9 from GSKILL

Remember our F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ, F2-5400PHU2-2GBZX
Those was using Elpida IC. however, after May 1st, 06. We decided shift it to Micron D9XXX.
Those new rev101 price are much lower compare with DDR2 1000 2GBHZ/ZX because of different IC (((that is right! 2GBHZ is using some more powerful IC from Micron..from i heard, some sample can do DDR2 1200 at some mobo vendors, but i don't have too much detail on that!))), but while gives almost same overclock potential. and remember, those are not low binned from 1000 2GBHZ, so guys don't need to worry about like good one put into D2 1000!!
ok back to D2 800 2GBHZ, let see how it overclock!

test on P5WD2 955chipset, Pentium 631 CPU
2.3v all the way!

it is newegg in stock now! be sure get a 0605 kits..... $245 i believe
0604 and older are using elpida still.

i am going to test 1066 4-4-3-1 and see how is it!

also. this is not handpick! no more handpick from GSKILL!!!
i will test 3 pair and see how is average OC!

BTW, THE F2-6400PHU2-2GBZX IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ!

Great looking stuff G.S! 533MHz at 4-4-3-1 with only 2.3v..

Would it be possible to do an Everest READ/WRITE or Sandra Buffered with those settings?

Nice, I was considering buying a kit of F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ and now I definately want them. How do I determine if it's 0605 or not?

So these are better then the old ones?
I was just going to pick up some G.Skill PC2-6400, if these are better I'll better wait because her in Belgium the market moves so slow

I've been searching for results of the 'old' F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ, but couldn't find any...

Are F2-5400PHU2-2GBZX the same? They are cheaper.

:edit:
Have you measured the voltages on the motherboard? Or is 2.3v what you programmed in the BIOS?
If so it's probably only 2.20v ~2.25v

If you cant find the gskill version this one is the same thing:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146108

I know its more expensive but I am familiar with these chips and I can state for a fact that the ones linked above are one in the same. Id link some OCZ and others to remove bias but I couldnt find any on newegg

How tight can you get the timings? On 800MHz and 667MHz.

Is F2-5400PHU2-2GBZX as good as the PC2-6400 version?

Model name hasn't changed. It's still F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ.
But now it's revision 101
