okay i finially fixed it. somehow the 1005.020 bios got me clocking right again. redid the vgpu mod to 1.41v this time(couldnt get it to go 1.36 again) 520/560 perfectly stable on the gigabyte bios. ati tool now runs my core up to around 540(need to let it run better to know for sure where it ends)
