    they have 60B in the end of the second line. So they are 6ns memory chips. probably winbond bh6

    Tictacs 22Beta King BIOS:

    Twinmos2700 @ 260fsb 2.2.2.11 w/2.9v

    ....funny thing is, loosening timings doesn't help. ....now 3d Benchable at +250fsb 2.2.2.11

    higher vdimm n vdd in bios i have done that experiment with no luck.... vdimm n vdd still remain the same

    Considering that changing the RAM timings does NOT help at all. Is it possible that infact the memory is not the limiting factor with FSB here

    If so...hmm

    the other one 6ns rated for 166Mhz (333Mhz ddr)

    but a lot of the winbond bh6 chips seem to clock better then the 5ns ones

    it isn't guaranteed that a twinmoss chip is a relabeled winbond one, but it's possible.
