I noticed a funny bug I cant boot with 166FSB or 200FSB, BUT 220 and 230 works fine? used clockgen upto 245, at 250 the comp. died due to voltage issues :d It needs over 1.9 in bios to be stable over 2.5 and I only gave it 1.87 from bios at 10x250
But I have a little problem, some boots it works fine but others it freezes quick. I have the divider fixed at 6/6 and CPU disconnect funktion - disable. I'l try some more and report back later...

EDIT: Now this BIOS is really weird!?!?! I can only boot at some specific FSB's and I get random freezes all the time, superpi and 3d are fine up to 240 but only for a little while I hope you pin down the last bugs so that it'll run stable couse this is a major asswhoping bios!

DFI Infinity is a top class board why would you need another board?

Thanks tictac, i'll give it a try

I have a little problem with N24AAC18 : the max vcore i can use is 2v only, it can't load windows with > 2v vcore.

    Btw, do you think L12 still needed for AXP-M / 133 FSB tbred/barton ?

this problem exists on my combo too. I can't use Vcore above 2.03v and enter WIndows. But this bug exists on official BIOS too. I think it must be ACPI related.

Try use ACPI from other board..

maybe throw in DFI ACPI or NF7 ACPI in to that bios could help

or disable APIC mode... but that will hurt Benchmark score back down

    similar clock per clock Performance

    but

DFI can clock higher than 245MHz... up to 265MHz stable

    but AN7 maxed out @ 245MHz stable

Why not use the ACPI from NF7? DFI has problem with 2v+ too, but I have never heard about a NF7 having problems...

And the most stable between those three would be NF7 or AN7 IMO, and since AN7's bios is f*cked up I'd go for a NF7 if I wanted stability....
