    You gain serveral thousand points by tweaking, My os is bare. Heres a better re-run: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8728324 its 33.2k And I havent even gotten started, Ill try to do vmods and get some real benches going tommorow before work.

    I'm just amazed how 300Mhz less cpu speed 28Mhz less memory speed and 40Mhz less VPU speed can gain you over 2000 point more than me... I just dont belive it.

    @Pejsen; Try with win 2k, directx 8.1, catalyst 4.12 and you should gain a lot of points.

    Now I'm very happy with my x800gt. I did vgpu mod and this is with 1.55V and arctic silencer.

    8 pipelines and 2k3

    yeah I do not think that Win 2000 is worth the extra thousand points either. Very nice job with 10 minute WR.

    I think that X800GT with R480 are unmodable.
    I have a sapphire R423 card and it's also unmodable.
    Mine is 0533 so I think that also the new ones wont be modable to 12 pipes.

    u have to find some X800GT sapphire with 0530 week..mostly now they're 0533 unmoddable or find with more luck on GTo² from sapphire

    techpowerup clearly say only X800GTO² can be modded @ X850XT PE

    "The GTO² is a special product from Sapphire only. Neither the regular GTO, nor the GTO Ultimate use the unlockable chips.

    The GTO² comes with 12 pipelines enabled by default, but the only lock which limits it to this number of pipelines is located in the Bios.

    No cards with defective pipelines have been found yet, which means (so far) the success rate is 100%.

    The mod presented here allows to unlock your X800 GTO² to run at 16 pipelines."

    Ouch, i wanted to buy sapphire R423 256MB, but they send me an 128MB version And no luck with pencil, maybe tray another way to connect bridges?
    Anyway i sell this card, and buy x800GTO2.
