I Use version 1.50 CPU-Z .. It shouldnt be failing. Maybe 1.51 is bugged.

Its not CPU Name or mine and Hondaguys would also be failing Validation.

Also try your CPUcore volts @ 1.48v - 1.52v for 4000mhz and NBvid to say 1.3-1.35.
You may have to low of volts on CPU(unstable maybe). I dont know how the Vlidator works . i dont think it can read unstableness

    1.56v works too....

    I cant think lol.

    Try CPU-Z 1.50

I think I still have 1.50. I can boot at 4ghz with both 2 and 4 cores. so far so good. I will try the NB 1.3v and try again

Edit, I added more screenys above also here is a successful validation.

Whats freaking hilarious is my 550 in x2 mode can't even boot up as high as x4 mode. What the hex?

    I have multi-boot drives. I am going to Win 7 32bit next.
I am using one of my MA790FXT-UD5P boards under the Xigmatek S1284EE with 2x120MM fans. Here is some more with 2800NB. I have been running 2000NB thus far. I will get it under water when I decide to move this to my main rig.

    Interesting.....Results guys.

Hwbot has no Catagory for Phenom II X2 550 to list..

this sucks.. It will be 100% overclock+

    its all X4 X3...720 to 955..

    Athlon X2 7750/7850.

I submittd results but i think they show it as Deneb x4core which puts it low on the list..@ 4160

Almost forgot,, MINE OVERCLOCKS best with X4cores..It is hard to get more than 4000mhz with only two cores Priceless..........

I own 2 and would not trade it for anything else. Here is 4.2ghz x4 cores 2800NB validation. I can't wait to get this chip in my main rig under water. I hope to get benchable @ 4.2ghz. These chips are insane.....

I have hit the air limit. Need to move to water. Though, this air setup runs nice and cool. My water setup is good, but not as nice as yours. I need to expand LOL. I think this chip is a nice lil gem. I am going dual core and see how it clocks. I haven't been in a 64bit OS yet either. Though win 7 and XP clock identically. That has never been the case before this chip really. Win 7 was always a hair less.

DDR3 and NB is boosting your CPU score

    DDR2 My cpu @4100/2700 and only 1100ram = 5720 for me..

5900 for you is nice differance in O6

It looks like Cinebench loves memory since I get a decent score in Win 7 64-bit:

Man I can't believe Biostar releases a new BIOS for my mobo tonight. I flashed it and now my PC won't post. DOH!

edit: Looks like my Ballistix memory doesn't like the default mobo memory voltage. And I don't have any other DDR2 sticks. BIG DOH!

I hate that,, Sometimes a Older one just works. This 790X-UD4P needs one more to utilize the ram better i think..

Any way these last two days hae been the most exciting tweaking ive done in a while....

My Old 9950 was fun ,
550BE is like a topless beach in Brazil,, eyeCandy every where ya look

    Vista32bit/WIN732bit
I went for Best performing OC for max Stable clocks.

I had 4200 but my PSU was spiking 615watts . It was not stable at all, even with low NB,, Now i know whats holding me back,,My poor DVOM even bombed while testing draw lol.

Kinda ground to a Hot , Then poof ,pop amp fuse

4200mhz will need more than a 650watt for me to keep stable using 3870x2 and or a 4890. My temps are good but i just dont have enuff PSU. @ 4100 total system load is just under 600watts,,

hehe im only running 8x120nm Fans 86cfm,,1 655pump ,1HD, 2x DVD's,,Some Blingy light and 3870x2 and then the BEast @4100mhz. I think thats kinda pushing things.

Im not Eco friendly at all. but do play well with others.

In the end i have some stuff i need to get upgraded
Ram is on my list then a PSU then a new Videocard.

This is the lowest volts for highest clocks i can use under Load.

    1.56v Vcore and 1.4vid ..

Best MAX Stable for now.....time to game lol
