    Yes i still have this problem. Its reported that the shiping BIOS does not have this problem- but other ones like hanging on each reboots, which is annoying.

    I having the same issue. Try to use ntune. You can tweak voltages and timings in bios and then make the FSB overcloking with ntune. There is only one problem, ntune is limited to 250FSB.

    Windows overclocking isnt my thing, i format allot and i just wont trust allot of windows-based hardware tweaking.

    Agreed. I simply HAVE to windows OC if I want to get full performance. Bios only lets me hit 235, 236+ = no POST. This ram is stable up above 250, so to get it to push as hard as I want, clockgen + EIST all the way. Personally, I'd rather oc from bios alone as well, for 24/7 settings; but for benching, I still choose winxp oc. Honestly, if you are just trying to find the maximum you can push your rig, I would definately recommend windows OC, clock gen raise fsb 1mhz and set values until you either cant s_pi 2m or until it crashes, then set backwards from that point.

    i have the same problem with my P5ND2 Deluxe and 0780 Bios,i can“t oc in the bios ,just with clockgen
    if i use HT enable the SO get crashed with oc or without oc.

    setting fsb 230 in the bios and getting nothing in windows ,aibooster keep the oc for 30 secs before turn back to 3ghz
    and CPU-Z reads CPU incorrectly



    and running with a poor oc in SLI mode



    in heavy load 830/XMS2-Pro runs great with i945, the problem is NF4 4 sure




    0780 bios sux with Smithfield?any beta bios to help? for better oc the i955X is the way?Gigabyte Royal or Asus again?
