I found two 0517DPMW in the shop and i bought the two, i did not tested the first because I was happy of mine.

But I already sold it

(165 euros)

I boot at 1.48V at 2906MHz but I can't be stable because I'm in AIR.

Not to single you out, but recently I've seen a lot of screenies with cpu's @ high speeds, but unusually slow spi times.

What are your memory timings? @ that speed, your spi time should be MUCHMUCH faster, even without tweaks and some stuff running in the background:
