A64 Settings Guide

I'm looking at A64 tweaker and getting ready for a new system, but I dont understand like half the settings.

Sure I know how to set 2-2-2-5, but with all these settings, how am I supposed to know I'm maximizing performance on my RAM?

I think there should be a guide or at least post some screenshots of the settings you are using. Do be sure to identify your type of RAM too.

All those ppl with VX or Redline or Ballistix, or whatever RAM you have.. we want to see those settings! =)
