I would stay away from the nf3 ultra-d until its had more time to mature, I ended up rma'ing mine, sorriest mb I've ever owned to date!

I was expecting it to be similar to my nf4 ultra-d but it's not even close to the same board.

Anyways thats just my experience and my opinion, even with the later bios's it just didn't come close to living up to the hype, others may actually have good boards but mine was a basket case.
