These are in SLI mode, the 7800s still on water.
The 2001 bench could have been better. I wasn't useing Ricky tweak on that one.

No. they have greyed out the publish box, not sure why. says generic card, maybe thats why.

Nice OC's OPP. Although really I am not quite as impressed with the 7800GTX in general. On stock it get 2000 more points than the 6800U in 3dmarks 2005. It seems like they would try to have it score at least 3000 points more than the last generation. Although if an Ultra version of the 7800 comes out maybe it's more fair to compare the 7800GTX to the 6800GT, and the 7800 Ultra to the 6800 Ultra. Anyways maybe it's because I'm an ATI fan boy (although I would go for the 6800 series over the X800/X850 series any day) and also it's probably because the inq says they've heard rumors of the R520 scoring 10k stock in 05 so I'm expecting more. I just wish ATI would release their R520 so I could really judge weither or not nvidia did a good job.

I think Opp's experience with Sli on the 6800's is now paying dividends in 2001, certainly that is a big score so soon after getting the cards.

I'm still assuming those cards are not volt modded yet. Water and no volt mods and no Ricky Tweak and still 47K

I bet nature is somewhat on the large side

wow 50k would be just insane, granted its two gpus but still! Hes got less than 3k to go but ricky tweak, win2k(if possible) and higher cpu/gpu clocks look promising in his goal for the big 50k! However I think ati's crossfire solution would be alot more favorable in 2001 since one x850xt beats any single Nvidia and matches two 6800u in sli!

Nothing left to say except ... Wow! Still trying to get my head around these results after weeks of trying to avoid the massive speculation regarding the 7800. I'll need a while to digest the results and figure out how it'll play out with my next video card upgrade. In the meantime, thanks once again for you time, expertise and information.

For those wondering about the 01 score.
Here is what happened, Last night it was getting late and did a clean XP install. I forgot to do the ricky tweak so system scores suck, noticed it when I ran Lobby then remembered. I used the same driver and only did 1 run
Nature was intence, saw 940 FPS in that bad boy
I'll tweak the OS and do another run. My Car High should be in the 180s not 170s and the Lobbies will be alot higher. 48k will be simple.
