hmmm, interesting...I wonder what all this means exactly. amrgb, those are some good findings there, at least we know there is only 4 diffrrent refresh rates now, and not eight of them.
To find if the refresh period, changes with clock frequency, we need to try all values at stock (DDR400) to see, which one is the most stable, to find the optimal refresh if our ram. Then we need to use the formula to calculate the tref that wil give that refresh period for say DDR500, And test all values again. Then we can see if the refresh period changes, as the speed increases. I dont really have time to do this as I have exams next week, so I hope someone can check this out for me. If no one does then I will test in 2 weeks.
