Well, i purchased a DFI nF4 Ultra-D and a new PSU.
Finally im able to max the memory clocks. 320x8 2,5-4-3-7 1T 1:1 @2.9v.
At this point Memtest stable. Next i will prime to find my best configuration.
Clearly comparable to TCCD modules.
(bandwidth is lower than normal due to 8x multiplier).

BioPC, what board and psu were you running before? Are you saying that you tried these ram chips with a different board and got much higher with the DFI and a new psu?Originally Posted by BioPC
