Temps were up to 60degrees with a faster fan on the stock heatsink.

I didn't test any other performance, as i only quickly wanted to test whether the adaptor worked and only had a PCI video card in, which limited me to a fair few tests. I then disassembled it and put the cpu back in my laptop.

Seeing as i have uni exams soon, i want to wait till after them, then i will get a sonoma and vapochill it.
