G.Skill 'top of the line' or OCZ 'top of the line'?

OK, so Newegg decided to make me very unhappy and stop carrying this G.SKILL 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR 550 (PC 4400), then they showed their true intentions, to laugh right in my face for all the effort they made me go though to find this OCZ EL Platinum DFI nF4 Special 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 625 (PC 5000) Dual Channel Kit System Memory, when they started carrying it again. Now I can't decide which to buy, and the extra $20 is NOT the issue. Trade off are that the OCZ is shiny, and pretty, but not TCCD (don't even know what TCCD is, except for that it is a good batch of RAM chips), and the G.Skill has better timing, but is slower overall. I don't really plan to OC the RAM, but I am a newb, so I might need to if I want to get the CPU ( AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Deigo Core 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 ) to 2.8GHz (or 2.75GHz, or 2.5GHz).
So, which do you think is better for all around speed etc?

One thing I like about my LE's is that I can OC the hell out of them at low voltages / temps. I run my system in a case with air cooling, so that makes a big difference. YMMV no matter which you choose - good luck! You may also want to check out the new Mushkin Redlines.

Your Milage May Vary, meaning OCing is always and always has been luck. The OCZ im pretty sure is TCCD, honestly you cannot go wrong with either. With a SD, if you plan to do 2800, you can do 311x9 for about 2800, and keeping that ram frequency 1:1. The OCZ is guarenteed to do it, but at really high timings. Either way I believe you can't really go wrong in choosing ram. Gskill is pretty sweet too.

OK, I think I am going with OCZ, simply because it is designed for the mobo, and it has heatsink on it already, and the are shiny and pretty.

G.Skill is nice, but I think I will go with the OCZ just to ensure that my life is easier.

Go G.skill. It has been known to overclock very well, whle on the other hand I have not seen any overclocks using that OCZ RAM.
