this is what's is written on the label of the stik i've now:

i'm running it on an NF7-s rev2... but there's no way to get it working with command per clock 1T

i'm using only that stick, no dual channel, nothing!

with cpc off they run great:

but i loss a lot of performance...

i'm not the only one with that problem... also on dfi lanparty ultra seems that some sticks doesn't works...

    http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6708

on this mobo i've tested only 1*512 of vdata without any problem and i've run 2*256 twinmos (powerchip) for about 1year a 233mhz 2.5-3-3-3 all the modules with cpc on!

now this stick won't work with command per clock 1t...

the only difference i've noticed is that the spd appear to be programmed in a different way:
it doesn't read the manufacture date

    Code:
    DIMM #1

    General
    Memory type DDR-SDRAM
    Manufacturer (ID) (0000000000000000)
    Size 512 MBytes
    Max bandwidth PC3200 (200 MHz)
    Part number M2G9JA8AMK9F081CAD
    Manufacturing date	Week 00/Year 00

    Attributes
    Number of banks 2
    Data width 64 bits
    Correction None
    Registered no
    Buffered no

    Timings table
    Frequency (MHz) 200
    CAS# 2.5
    RAS# to CAS# delay	3
    RAS# Precharge 3
    TRAS# 8
could be that the source of the problems? all the others stick i've used where showing correctly the manufacture date

    PS: this stick does 260 2225 a 3.4v on dfi nf4 ultra-d

As you know you´re running TwinMOS/M.tec modules based on Winbond BH UTT IC (1A4T). Here we don´t do any more testing except DDR400 CL2,5-3-3-8. Even Dual-Channel Performance is not tested. Some can do better - others don´t.

As i can also see from your others module info (it says: M2G9JA8AMK9F081CAD) this is CADT chip which means Powerchip IC.

It´s all so simple and written down long, long time ago

I've read all through this and the Xtreme Twinmos Memory thread.

So is this the stuff to buy in the US?

    http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...218-062&depa=1

I'm sorry about the obvious question. I wonder if I should sell my Kingston TCCD and buy this plus a booster to run on an IS7-e with an E0 3.2E P4. I wanna get at least up to 250FSB at 2.0-2-2-5. Any advice on these sticks? Where is the best bet for a purchase in the US? Someone please sum up.

    only spd report CADT!!!

on the white label is written AA4T

and on the chips has 2 dimples and 05094...

    is that possible :/?

that stick (recognised by cpu-z as CAD) does 260 2225 @3.4v on a dfi nf4... can powerchip chips works a that speeds?

my original problem was that those ram won't work in single channel at default timings 2.5-3-3-8 1T on an nf2 mobo...

that started working after this procedure:

dont get those, get the twinmos 3200 speed premiums from newegg. its like $3 more and they are practically guarenteed to be utt. the non-sp (ones in your link) are only about a 50% chance.

I bought two 3200 SP off newegg. Got em today; both are AA4T week 05064. PCB is KO6633. Weird thing is that only one of the two sides has the two metal dots on both dimms. However, one of the dimms has a tiny small chip on the top right of the dimm where the other metal dot should be. The other stick doesn't have this small chip. Weird. Are they both UTT? Why would one of the sticks have this small 8 lead chip and the other one not have it?

Ive just got pair of my TwinMos SP 3200. Both got P/N ...AA4T. Ive bought them in Poland theyre priced 150 $ for gig wich is relly cheep here, comparing to other products on market. Ive called to central storage of TwinMos distributor and theyve checked for me several sticks all are AA4T. Good thing about mine is that it does 240 2-2-2 at 3.2 and 255 2-2-2 at 3.45v without burn-in.

Chips are 44D , production date is 040484 and i see KO 6633 on PCB, im wondering what PCB it is.... ?

I have the 3200 SP also, week 4 and 6 of 05. One stick has the small chip that you are talking about on the top, the other on the bottom. Don't know why that is, but it doesn't seem to matter. They do 260, 2-2-2-6.

    How do I know I REALLY hold a BH-5 1AA4T when I
    buy it in the store?
What should the chip modules say?

Obviously it´s not certain the SP3200 (not SP3500)
says it´s 1A4T on the sticker.

    Any of you with a SP3200 (not SP3500) BH-5??

    1A4T = BH die
    AA4T = CH die

    both are UTT.......

I'm dying for newegg to get some of the 1A4T stuff, in fact anyone in the states selling this stuff is likely to get my business......
The little air system that could.

    Just got my sp3200

They are 1A4t part number and get this...they are actually labeled BH-5 on the die! Is this a new labeling of the chips? I could've sworn in an earlier post someone who works for twinmos said to base chip-type on the part number(ie 1A4t) and that the chips didn't actually say BH-5 on them. Here is the full writing on one of the chips. I can post a pic if someone wants.

    TwinMos
    05094 BH-5
    TMD7608F8E44B

Does anyone know if that info includes the manufacture date? I would guess maybe year=05 day=09 month=4?

PS. these were from Newegg ordered 5/1/05

im debating these or the value vx, these are now $5 more expensive, what do you guys think? I would be getting them from newegg and maybe (seeing the last few posts) i might end up with some BH-5.
