    H.I.S. Radeon X800XL IceQ
    H.I.S. Radeon X800XL IceQ
    H.I.S. Radeon X800XL IceQ

This card is absolutly insane in the membranE!!!!

BUT IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

I have checked all over and I can't find it. It gives the same performance and sometimes better when overclocked than a X850XT! And it is $300!

Can anyone help me find where to buy this card. It is too insane to pass up.

huh? It is just like any other XL but with a Silencer 5 on it. Put a silencer 5 on your powercolor maybe even with a volt mod and you will be just fine.

The card has a silencer basically yes, but any X800 card is ~300 and so this one comes with a silencer installed and it does not require any sort of volt mod. This is the best price ever. Such a ownage card.

I believe you. However, next time, pls do be more specific about oc performance info. When overclocked to its max, it will give the same performance as an X850XT...@ stock.

And its nothing to get all huff puff over either, its an amazing deal for the price. We know that, and its true for all X800XLs under $350.

    Sorry

Sorry bout the confusion. Yes, this card which is 300 bucks performs the same overclocked as a X850XT, which if you think about it, that is a 500-600 buck card so the XL is still kickass. Also, for 299 I can get a saphire or w/e, and 30 bucks for a artic silencer, so I think I might rather have this, but find me a good X800XL and i'll get that and a Artic Cooler.

Ahhh... the "XL" magic, noone knows. But they beat X800XT and 850 benches at lower clocks...

    Performance

It depends on what you mean by performance. I am not going to be some mad hardcore 3dmarker, I am going to play games with my graphics card, WHAT A CONCEPT?! So performance in my book means frames per second. In the link above as well as many other reviews the XL overclocked matches and sometimes beats a stock X850XT.

So now the question is, rack my brain trying to find one of these sexy cards, btw, the "artic silencer" is uv reactive on the HIS cards which will go well with my Ultra-D, or should I get a powercolor or something and buy a silencer.

I have the HIS X800XL. Good card, you indeed don't need anything more if you're gaming on a 17" LCD. Have not overclocked it and will not for a while as my DFI is in RMA because of 2 dead ram slots since that bad day when I wanted to play with TCCD, switched the 5vdimm jumper and cleared CMOS simultaneously.

However, I don't think the HIS card is anything special, just the 432 core speeds guaranteed to hit with HIS overclocking software (of course, with o/cing tool of your choice as well).
    away & gone

on a 6800gt ast least, the hot core transfers heat to the rams and can make the ram artifact reducing the potential core and memory clocks
that goes for silencers cooling the ram also, not sure if the ati one does

This is pretty funny. The o/c'ed X800XL kept up with the X850 where the FPS was CPU-limited. In Doom3 1600x1200 you can see the difference
