Just a friendly tip regarding Memtest
You might want to test it with "Memtest for Windows" because this program gives quite a "reality-check" as far as memory stability goes.
I've learned it hard way how deceiving running only DOS/BIOS memtest can be

I know it's Value... Hmm.. makes me wanna pull a trigger on some of it.
