Has anyone figured out how to get around the 3.6 vdimm limit? I want to try pumping 4V into my BH-5 and see how far it scales...with 3.7 or more im sure it will be able to memtest past 280 as I can memtest stable at 277 or so with 3.6. Is there a resistor to remove maybe?(obviously I wouldnt want to remove somthing and have OVP kick in forever thus shutting my board of for eternity)
Can you post some pictures of the Vdimm MOSFET/Vdimm regulator/Vdimm slot area please.

Can you check the voltage at the points I have marked please. I can't see which pin is pin 1 from the picture, but it should be marked with a dot on the chip.
does the pc need to be on? because I dont have a cpu atm so im not sure if it will read correctly without one. could I get an OHM reading for you or do you need a V reading
btw the dot is on the top left when the board is standing how it is in that picture (so its right next to that cap)
you don't need an OVP mod. Just boot with less than 3.6V and gradually raise the vdimm in windows. 4V is no problem then. Just remember when rebooting to lower the vdimm to less than 3.6V

Do I need ram plugged in? Or can I just start the board. And that area is VERY small to be putting the positive and negitive on those legs...if that spot shorts you think it will kill the board or just turn it off?
Connect the negative lead to the case/mounting hole (ground) and attatch a thin piece of wire to the positive lead if the area is too small to read with the DMM probe.
You should be able to get a reading with no CPU/RAM in the board.
No need for memory sticks, either. Use another ground. Like the screw holes on the board (red->to IC leg, black->screw hole).

ok I can handle using only one probe on those legs thats no problem. Should I check them all? Or do I run risk of a short doing that aswell?

yea thats the thing...with his picture I have no clue which ones to check. the graph is aligned differently than the chip and I really dont know which ones to check by the graph anyway :|

Can you check all of the voltages on the chip. Its only 2 more readings than I origionally posted and I will be able to work out which 2 are the extra readings (they will only be the chips supply lines so will read either 0v, 12v or 5v). I don't have time atm to edit the picture, but If you need me to do it I will do it later.
