GSkill LA vs LE - Is there really a difference?

I'm curious as to what the memory experts say about the comparision. I already have 2 x 512 of the LE that does nicely, but I was wondering if the LA would really be an improvement.

What does conventional wisdom on this topic say?

wow...and I thought the LE didn't appreciate high Vdimm. What about the LA?

there is a 30$ pricetag difference also.

dumo had the DFI board, which for some reason makes tccd take more volts to respond for some reason. on his MSI it took less volts for 300HTT.

my LE 437 chips were able to take 3.1 and get to 300HTT on my dfi 754 board, but could also do it at 2.8volts. just tried 3.1 for some burn-in.
