    well,I really don't know who made this, get it from friend.
    looks like CSP package..
    anyone tell me who made this?

    OPB - There's only one thing I can say for sure - You have really tiny feet.

    2-2-2 at that fsb should narrow it down to BH-5, but I've never seen any BH-5 that looked like that. Therefore it must be a new incarnation of the BH-5 that Winbond is just about to release. Tell us more about your "friend". Are his initials N.D.A.? OPB, you're such a tease!

    looks like a new kind of WLCSP which GEIL (Golden Dragon) and also TwinMOS (TwiSTER WLCSP) used some time before...

    no BH5/6 or UTT or whatever comes in WLSCP package - these are all TSOP

    havnt they just been lapped to make them shiny like that? seems odd to be shipped with no markings.
