Al you need is a 3/8" feed bypass loop between the pump output and pump input. No need to even go to a radiator, as all the water will eventually end up there in the main circuit. So the block can have much smaller connections and fit easily between the video cards of an SLI setup.
Think 4" length of 3/8" copper tubing, with a U shaped loop of it brazed onto a copper plate NB size say 1/4-3/8" thick fastened to the board with using the screw holes provided. Polish the copper underside, and lap the plastic NB flat/smooth, that should provide all the cooling needs of a NB without being a full part of the main water loop. T or Y in a 3/8" tap at the pump output, and inlet so the small volume loops directly over the NB water block. The water wil mix with the rest, the main circuit goes to the raddy, so your gold.
Extend the use of this mini bypass circuit and add Mosfet cooling blocks in the loop after the NB.
This whole subject needs a SYSTEMS ENGINEERING approach to get the job done well. Too much hodge podge adhoc crap.
