Oh, you may be out of luck then. Haven't seen any US vendors that
carry 1gb LA kits. It may be Gskill only offers them in 256mb flavor.

OK, I've got yesterday two Sycron sticks, they say "B6U808" on one side, they do work at 270+ 1T, well guess what? Remarked BP TCCDs. I've paid 150 EUROs for 1 Gig...
The memories have these markings on them:
    Sycron
    SY25D328512K-5
    0501 DDR

    Good luck

OK, don't be so happy, they won't go past 275-280 (and not so memtest stable) on my system. Will test in the weekend on a better system...

I have a set of A-Data Vitesta DDR 600 on the way.

How can i figure out if they have got the TCCD ICs or the Hynix ICs without having to install them in a system.

Or do they have the TCCDs definetly ?

The Corsair TWINX1024-4400C25 should have the TCCDs and the BP PCB as well ?

Or ist there any difference beside the heat spreader between 4400C25 and 4400C25PT

    I have got a MSI K8N NEO4 and a A939 3200+ 0,90 and want to run em at 250- 2,5-3-3-6

    THX and bye

Well somebody mentioned in this thread he got one with Hynix and another with TCCDs. Also there seem to be ones with a green PCB with red heat spreader and ones with red pcb and read heat spreader.

Which ones i should go for ?

Get the ADATA DDR600 which are waiting at a local store or the Corsair Twinx1024-4400C25. (cost almost the same Adata 246 Euro Corsair 249 Euro)

The Corsaid 3200Xl might be an option too, they go for like 226 Euro here.

    Thx and bye.

In germany there have been spotted new A-DATA DDR-500 with 449 TCCD ic's !!!

    one of them has:

    MDOSSBF3H4740B1G0Z
    DDR500(3) 512MX16
    S/N:503XR (SCBJC1916)

    On the ic's

    Samsung 449
    K4H560838F-TCCD

    (!!!)

    http://www.forumdeluxx.de/forum/showthread.php?t=104095

    attention - alien language

Since there are DDR-500 Modules with other weeks as well i suppose A-DATA has changed the production towards TCCDs.

    thx and bye.

I'm desperate to find TCCD dimms and the table at the first page says that OCZ P Rev2 have TCCD.

I found in an e-shop a pair of OCZ platinum. The shop claims that the latency clockings are 2,2,2,5 but it doesnot explicitly tells if these are Rev.2
(It may seem Greek to you (well...it is ) but check it out).

    Any chance they aren't?

    thanks in advance

The part number quoted is OCZ4001024ELDCPER2-K, which is indeed the Rev 2. Also I believe the previous modules only clocked 2-3-2-6. Part number checks out tho, so looks good

the Corsair XMS3200C2 2-3-3-6 v4.2 is, i believe, Samsung Rev F (whatever that is ). This is direct from the "Ram Guy" (on their support forums), who, being a corsair rep, should know.
