The highest stable voltage I can give my GT is still only 1.47V.
Anything higher, my card becomes less stable.
1.6V core voltage and fully stable at 450 core is my main goal.

As for how to mounting it I've no idea, the heatsink can get pretty hot and it needs a fan.
But probably in a box, with a fan blowing on the heatsink lying at the buttom of the case.![]()
