This is pretty funny. The difference between the best block and worst block on Procooling's testing is only about 5C. The difference between a storm G5, and an ancient, crappy swiftech 5000 is only about 4C. The G5 isn't even one degree better then the old Whitewater, and the difference between a 1048 pump and the fastest Iwaki pumps is just a 1 or 1.5 degrees for most blocks tested.
I think we need perspective here. 2-5 degrees is a HUGE difference at the ranges we deal with, since theres not much room for improvement once you account for the thermal resistance of copper and the TIM joint. Its the difference between the best and the worst blocks. Not really critisizing anyone here, just a little amused by the awesome lack of perspective people have when picking parts.
