memory voltages on MSI K8 neo PE

hello i got a msi k8 neo pe nforce 3 250gb and a 3200+ clawhammer
i got both cpu and memory voltage on default atm since i havent clocked this rig so much
in bios its on Default, realy hate that it doesnt show how what it is on.
in mbm5 it shows cpu around 1.48-1.53v and on memory around 2.80-2.83

for me its pretty high on the memory? dont u think? and its on default.
its corsair XMSPC4000 2x512mb

im thinking of trying to OC the of it so i can break the 25k in 01

im use to OC my old rig, OC dream Nf7-s 2.0 with a nice barton 2500+ with good stepping and some twinmos winbond bh-5
got that biatch up to 2600mhz on iar last time.
have worked to much latelty so i havent had the time to push the new rig.
tested it some when i bought it this summer and got up to 230x10
to bad about the multipler lock :/

do any body have some tips for me?
like what is the highest voltage on the cpu u should have w/out volt mod.
alos how far can i push the memorys wihtout mods.

my aim is atleast 250x10
just hopes it can run on 250fsb since the mems are 500mhz it would be nice

Hello,2,80 Volts is nothing on Winbond BH-5 Chips.On them,you can use 3,4 to 3,5 Volts,no problem(but only on Winbond BH-5!!).On the CPU,AMD Barton,2 Volts are possible for benching.More than 2 Volts is not useful on the CPU,i think.http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=3141721
When I ran this bench,I used on DFI NF2 1,975Volts Vcore and 3 Volts on the RAM,it was PC3700 Corsair CL2.

Oh,sorry,I see now,you want to oc 3200 Clawhammer and not Barton.About Clawhammer Vcore,i dont know,but I think can be same as Barton with good cooling.

On non BH-5 Chips,I think 3 to 3,1 Volts should be the maximum.
