okay... did some more measuring and found out the varying results are because of I did'nt held the multimeter straigth horizontal :P... there's measured 2,6v on all of the mosfets middle leg at both vDimm 2,55v and 2,85v. And the mosfet i mentioned was'nt vAGP. All my mistakes...

anyway. Could there happen any bad thing if shortening the wrong leg to ground on the mosfets? As I can understand I shall measure on the right OR left leg.
