    tec and AMD 64 winnie

there were some problems with winnies and phase. I just figured maybe tec would be less of a problem. I want to get a tec but I don't know where to begin. I'm getting bored with my current water cooling and I finally feel confident enough to take the next step. I guess I need a meanwell psu? I already have an amazing w/c rig. dual heatercore mcw6002-64 this block is big enough to cover a 226w pelt. I just don't know how many watts I need. Is there some kind of formula I need to adhere to. How low should I expect my cpu temps to be after tec/water cooling? Sorry for all the questions but I want to do this right the 1st time.
    thanks.

OK, just read ultimate tec guide thanks eweast. I'm going to check amd.com to find winne thermal info. brb

ok, I got the thermal specs for my cpu. Mine is the one shown in the middle (ADA3200DIK4BI). So now what do I need to do? It says watts at 2000mhz is 67w so what if I oc to 2.6 or higher? what would I need? 226w tec?

it was using an elaborate trick that may not work for everybody, very hard to pull off and maybe only for benching purposes...
