wow, wonder how they got it lol. Shoulda put in the good deals section though. Wish I saw this a few months ago, then I'd have matching sticks
E8400 @ 3600mhz
4870 @ 790/1100
2x2GB DDR2
OMFG ! This is what some might call - back from the deads !
NICE FIND !
god im wondering how they got these, maybe they saved a little bit of stock?
or maybe they were saving sticks for warranty replacment so they could replace 222 sticks with 222 sticks, but now they dont need them because TCCD will do just as well for RMA purposes...
who knows, im definetly really close to dropping down some cash...

How much do they overclock? Can they do 300+ fsb?
I'm not sure about high fsb overclocks. But with about 3.3-3.5v you can get most between 340-370fsb at 2-2-2 timings
Edit: I meant 240-270, sorry I didn't catch it sooner![]()

thing about KHX3000 is that it used both bh-5/bh-6, so you dont get bh-5 guranteed, anyways, im going to buy 2x256 and see if i can break 260 in this NF2
edit - just placed my order
time to bust out the soldering iron on this infinity![]()

Wow, me wants so badSucha good deal
I placed my order right after I read your message. Ordered 2x 256 mb but are you sure its 340-370 fsb?? If you meant 240-270 fsb with timing 2-2-2, whats the absolute max with that memory?Originally Posted by kryptobs2000
I've seen some reports of close to 300 at 2-2-2 with minor volt additions.

Minor volts. Riiiiiiiiiight. close to 300 at 2-2-2 would require 3.7-3.9v

Yes. It will give your ram up to 3.4v per ocz motherboard compatibility sheet.

ok, thanks. Will order that too![]()
uhhh.....not that high.I'm not sure about high fsb overclocks. But with about 3.3-3.5v you can get most between 340-370fsb at 2-2-2 timings
3.3 - 3.6v = 230 - 260 or so @ 2-2-2-5 (usually on average)
yeah i get 240 2225 with my khx3000 at 3.2(CPC off, so it performs like 215cpc on), im hoping for more out of this, not only that, i need an fsb rig... maybe instead of getting my 1.8a a new mobo ill just throw together an A64 rig...
/sigh
waste of money buy the new Voltage Lovers OCZ Memory
Current Rig:
Shuttle XPC SX58J3
Intel i7-930 @ 3.33ghz
ATI Radeon 5970
OCZ Vertex 3 240GB
12GB DDR3
