more voltage gives better stability with CAS2.

too bad cas latency does not matter on a64. My friend rukkor sure will be supprised though, he says no ram will do cas 1.5 over 166fsb. what I really am interested in, has anyone gotten ras-cas1? like 2-1-1-7 timings?

hahaha, your very funny guy! 2-1-1-7. You can be to optimistic about TCCD.
A64 do like low latency, especialy in 3dmark and superPI/Pifast.
The differency is not much, but he thats the purpose of tweaking dude.

and what kind of bandwidth are you getting at 260MHz 2-3-3-7?

260Mhz is just some screen yet. with 250MHz it get 0 errors in memtest, but 255~260..10K..maybe it need some higher voltages...

My TCCD does 275 with 2-3-3 at 3.5 volt.
But its only cas 2 that like that volt.
