    Modbin6 not saving under DOS

    Hi Guys,

    im really starting to stress.

i purchased an Abit IS-10 Motherboard. had best specs out of all the mATX s478 motherboards.. however.. has NO overclocking features what so ever.

i downloaded every version of modbin6, version 1.00.38 is the only stable version that opens the bios ok (one i had or latest downlaoded from abit)

going through the setup menu, theres a hidden area called Abit Engineering which has all the freq and voltage adjustments i need to OC.. however

when i try to enable it.. it does no save.

Under a windows environment (on FAT32/FAT16 or NTFS) it saves ok. but the changes arent made.

if i do the mod under either MSDOS or Caldera DOS saving onto FAT or FAT32 i get the error bios.rom cannot be loaded or something like that.

I have tried multiple versions of modbin6 .38, .45, 2.0b, ect.. either dont load or do the same..

    Im going crazy

If someone would have the time to take a look the bios can be downloaded here.

    ftp.abit.com.tw/pub/download/bios/is10/is1217.exe

    Thank you!

    Hi.

To run MODBIN and save modified BIOS file(s) successfully,
    you just need to modify/setup/configure/edit
the BUFFERS & FILES values in your
    config.sys (DOS/Win9x) /
    config.nt (WinNT/XP/2K)

Did anyone get it working on the is-10? I cant seem to get the engineering options to show in the bios. I tried the modded bios and modbin, doesnt seem to take.

I tryed it, but I still get errors with any version of Modbin6 up to 2.00! With 2.00 I get an overflow error!
