So you all want low latency DDR2.

As per title...soon to be released.

Board is DFI 915P-T12 (thanks Vivian ) ram is soon to be released 2gig kit of DDR2 running DDR693 with 3-2-2-12 timings 1T. CPU is 550 running the 14 multiplier as 4gig is possible but 4.4GHZ is not

    Here are the results.

Welp, OCZ has done it again If other manufacturers can accomplish this AMD has no reason not to hop on the DDR2 bandwagon, with extraordinary bandwidth and incredible timings, DDR2 on AMD would blow intel out of the water(or off their little enthusiast raft theyre floating on in a pond)
    Let the OC'ing begin!

In addition to the cut of your jib, I likes those timings...

Can those timings be achieved with the same voltage that other DDR2 modules are spec'ed to run at?

Ouch, with 1066fsb cpu's and such DDR2 available, Intel may have not said the last word yet.

Bigtoe, any chance of ever having ordinary DDR1 Trcd=2 at 300fsb without 4.0Vdimm ? That one would rock pretty badly as well.

damn. Like the others, looks like a move to a 925 board is in my future. DDR2 with that low latency is just sweet.

    Looking good!!
How about some 'real world' benches like superpi or 3dmark01 (mainly lobby hi )?

but isnt sandra buffered a little low?
Its awfully low for that RAM speed but then again the FSB makes quite a difference on buffered sandra and bigtoe is doing only 260. 346 1:1 at those timings would kill (As far as Buffered sandra goes)

Sorry for not coming back sooner guys..I will post the 4-3-3 results tomorrow although I have a feeling the modules will do the same at 3-3-3 so I may test again.

We have 512's coming soon also that with the same tweaks we applied to these 1024's should clock just as well or better.

I was running 2V or so for these xtreme runs but they do pretty darn well at 1.8V also...much better than anything else we have seen.

Also, I ran out of FSB again on the 550 hitting just over 4 gig with the 4-3-3 benches using the 14 multi so i may have to look at another cpu to get me the sweet 300fsb for ddr800...this ram should do that easy Sandra and cpu-z go all wacky due to the PCIe dividers used etc so I had to move to Everest only...I will do my best to show speed etc.

Finally, don't ask what IC's as I ain't tellin' ...this could be the next EB

Im using a real poor PCI card for the video, the better cards are being used in the LAB. I will try and shoot off some PI etc if I can tomorrow.

I only have 3 working days in the US left before I shoot back to the UK so Please hang in there...I will do my best but I am REAL busy.

Judging from the timings, some BH-2.8, I think?
