exactly the same problem here.
Lagwagon, i am wondering, are you using the original ATI?
the card i am Vmodding right now is a Gigabyte,
and while its highly unlikely, the strange 1.4v measurement might be attributed to the fact that its somehow different than the original ATI.
any other suggestions as to why that may be?
